Maa Durga Sewa Trust is a spiritual and social organization dedicated to spreading the light of Sanatan Dharma and serving humanity.

- सनातन धर्म का प्रचार-प्रसार – Organizing Durga Puja, satsangs, kathas, pravachans, and using modern digital platforms (YouTube, blogs, social media) to connect the youth with spirituality.
- भव्य पूजा एवं आराधना – Conducting annual Durga Puja festivals, devotional programs, and establishing a permanent Durga Mandir.
- सामाजिक सेवा – Helping orphans, old-age homes, gaushalas, providing books and education support for poor children, and running food distribution & blanket donation drives.
- चिकित्सा सेवा – Organizing free medical camps, affordable medicine distribution, blood donation camps, and providing treatment support for underprivileged patients.

- To expand medical assistance by opening a Trust hospital, clinic, and running ambulance services for villages and needy areas.
