Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Donations once made cannot be canceled by the donor.
2. Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases of:
   • Duplicate payment
   • Technical error resulting in excess payment
3. For refund requests, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
4. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
